Heading out on a small cruise this weekend to Åbo, Finland.
While the intrepid part of me may dread the confinement of cruise ships, the logical part of me could care less.
Right now, I need nothing more than to stare at the vast Baltic Sea for hours, completely devoid of thought, and gorge on buffet-style seafood till I puke.
The brain needs to rest. A much needed getaway.

I hear you, L. Been a crazy week and I have plans to stare at the Pacific for a while too. I think our lives sometimes put entirely too much guff in our heads to be healthy. Enjoy not thinking beyond the next amuse bouche for a while.
