
Crispy buttery crusts filled with gooey, decadent pastes. Sugary marzipan tarts topped with heavy whipped cream. All consumed while sipping black coffee. You’d think we were partaking in Paris’ revered café culture.
Who knew Stockholm had such a sweet tooth?!

Great story Lola! I really learned a lot. We have a big Swedish neighborhood here in Chicago so I’ve seen most of these pastries but didn’t know what to make of them. And I never knew it was such a coffee-drinking culture!
