I love professional kitchens. Absolutely love them. I could easily hang in there and watch chefs work all day. While in town over the Thanksgiving holiday, I spent some time at Four Seasons Baltimore, watching Chef Zach Mills whip up an amazing looking turkey burger made from Thanksgiving leftovers.
