Over this past weekend, I learned how to bake a classic Swedish staple – kanelbullar (cinnamon buns). These are not your grapefruit-sized, icing coated Cinnabons, but rather, a modestly sweet version that fills up your apartment with the spicy scent of raw cinnamon.
